Thank you for shopping with Modesta Boutique. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Checkout+ orders receive priority processing and ship ahead of standard orders.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping: 4–7 business days after processing. Free on orders over $75.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more within the United States. The $75 threshold is calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@modestaboutique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Orders with Checkout+ are fully covered for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@modestaboutique.com and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
